Hourly Rate

20 hours = 10% discount

40 hours = 15% discount

60 hours = 20% discount

Retainer Rates guarantee ongoing assistance at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are billed in advance of services. Unused hours do not carry over and cannot be refunded. If additional hours are requested they will be billed at the discounted rate. Keep in mind that OnlineAdmin wants you to get the most for your money so please let me know how I can best serve you to make the most of your purchased time.

Direct expenses such as long-distance phone calls, postage, and shipping service, are not included in hourly rates or monthly retainer packages and will be billed separately at actual cost.

Terms

OnlineAdmin requires a 50% deposit for new clients. Payments can be made in the form of a check or credit card via PayPal.

Retainer clients will be billed monthly.
